Abstract
We exposed the microbiome derived from two species of cod, from the outer and inner Oslo fjord to extracts derived from car tire rubber. To determine toxicity we look at growth rate and bacterial diversity as endpoints. We observed low effects overall, except for some significant changes to microbial diversity at some concentrations.
